MaryKate was fantastic to work with. She gave genuine feedback, and was extremely helpful throughout the process, and at closing. 5 stars all around. We would highly recommend, and use her again in future purchases.

Fantastic job Mary Kate! So fortunate that we found you with your extensive knowledge of the mountain and properties. I appreciate seeing so many exclusive listings. Thank you for your assistance.
- Barbara Lewis, Vermont
"We had a fantastic buying experience with MaryKate! As out-of-state buyers, she helped us find the perfect home by sending walk-thru videos of each property. MaryKate was incredibly communicative, promptly answering texts/emails and keeping us informed throughout the entire process. We trust her completely and would highly recommend to anyone looking to buy or sell a home."
